For regulatory consultants: a partner page, not a pitch

Keep the judgment. Hand off the boring half.

You are called when something has gone wrong or a launch is coming. In between, your clients’ documents drift: a certificate ages out, a new manufacturer sends nothing, nobody notices until Amazon does. This is not asking you to buy anything. It is a way to use the tool on behalf of your clients, and to be counted when you do.

No card, no account, and no call to book. Tell us what you make and where you sell it, and we will come back to you.

Three things you can use tomorrow

The check to hand a client. The ledger and the packs as deliverables.

01. Hand them the check

Something true about their own business, before your first invoice.

Send a prospective client the link. They drop the test results they can find and, in about ten minutes, see how many of their products would pass a review today and what’s missing from the rest. It answers “do I actually need a consultant?” with a number, and it does the boring first pass you would otherwise bill for at a discount.

02. The ledger

Every document, every value, every expiry, cited.

Across all of a client’s manufacturers, one list of what is on file, what is missing, and what is about to age out, each line carrying the requirement it was checked against and where that requirement comes from. The specification sheet you build by hand in Word can live here as the brand’s own spec, and get checked against every new lot automatically.

03. The packs

The deliverable, in one click.

A submission pack for the approved reviewer, an onboarding pack for the retailer, an inspection pack for the day an inspector visits. Complete, current, ordered the way the recipient expects, and checked before it goes out. The assembling was never the valuable part of your week.

Across your clientsillustrative
  • Client A, 12 productsAll current; next expiry in 61 daysClear
  • Client B, 8 productsOne certificate of analysis (COA) ages out in 19 days; request sentExpiring
  • Client C, 5 productsNew manufacturer; no test results on file yetMissing

Each client is its own account with its own manufacturers; you are added to the ones that want you there. Nothing crosses between clients.

The referral link

We count who sent whom.

Your link is the free check with a code on the end. When a client runs the check from it, or saves that check into a portal, the code is recorded against the account. That is the whole mechanism: no dashboard to log into, no cookie you have to hope survives. To get a code, email us; one line is enough.

Your link looks like

https://compliantalways.com/check?ref=your-code

Get a code
Email support@compliantalways.com with the subject “Referral code for my clients”.
Send it anywhere
An onboarding email, a proposal, a forum reply. The check works without an account, so it stands on its own wherever it is posted.

What this is not

It is not a substitute for your judgment, and it never gives legal advice. It reads documents, checks them against a cited list of what should be there, and chases what is missing. Whether a claim is supportable, whether a specification is right for a formulation, what to do with a borderline result: those stay with you and your client.

Compliant Always organises and checks compliance documents. It is not legal or regulatory advice, and it does not guarantee the outcome of any review by any platform, retailer, or agency. You remain responsible for your products and your submissions.

The questions people ask

Does this replace me?
No, and it isn't trying to. It reads documents, checks them against a cited list of what should be there, and chases what's missing. It does not decide whether a claim is supportable, whether a spec is right for a formulation, or what to do when a result is borderline. Those are the calls clients pay you for. What it removes is the between-visits drift that makes those calls arrive as emergencies.
What does the client see when I send them the check?
A page where they drop their test results and, in about ten minutes, get one number (how many of their products would pass a review today) and a plain-language list of what's missing, per product, with the citation. No signup is needed to see it. If they save it, the referral code on your link travels with them.
How is the referral counted?
Your link carries a code. When a client runs the check from it, or saves it into a portal, the code is recorded against that account. We can then tell you, and ourselves, who came from you. Email us for a code; the address and subject line are on this page.
Is there a payment for referrals?
The count is the mechanism and it exists today. What it is worth to you is a conversation, not a table on a web page. Email us and we will tell you plainly what we can offer right now, and what we can't yet.
Can I be in the portal with the client?
Yes. A client can add you to their account. You see the same ledger, the same expiry calendar, and the same review queue they do, and you can build the packs from it. Their manufacturers still never log in: the request link works exactly the same whoever presses the button.

Try it on one client's COA. Then decide.

Send a client's Certificate of Analysis to the agent and read the result the way you would read a junior's first pass. If it saves you the boring half, email us for a code.

No card, no account, and no call to book. Tell us what you make and where you sell it, and we will come back to you.
