For the brand

Sell anywhere. Never lose a listing over paperwork.

You own the product and not the plant. Marketplaces, retailers and distributors each ask for the same evidence in a different shape, and it is the same file underneath. The department keeps that file complete and current, and shows you what a reviewer would flag before a reviewer does.

No card, no account, and no call to book. Tell us what you make and where you sell it, and we will come back to you.

The shape of it

The brand's shape

You own the product and not the plant, so almost everything you need arrives from somebody else.

In

What arrives

  • Your manufacturer's test reports
  • Your own label artwork and specification
  • A marketplace, retailer or distributor asking for evidence

The middle

What the department does

  • Read it and place it, or say plainly it could not be placed
  • Match it against the rules that apply, with the citation on every line
  • Keep it current, and name what is missing before somebody asks for it

The same engine, whichever door you came in through

Out

What you hand back

  • The evidence the reviewer asked for, with the rule it answers
  • A pack assembled from what you already hold
  • A request your manufacturer can answer without an account

Who is asking: A marketplace, a retailer, a distributor, an auditor

The mechanism

Meet the team that works your file, pointed at the shelf

The same substrate every door on this site runs (10 §6), walked in the brand's direction: what every market requires of your products, what you already hold, what is missing, and who owes it to you.

Intake

Reads every document on arrival

Reads any document a supplier sends, in whatever layout it arrives, and files it against the right product and lot.

Automatic
Classification, extraction and filing run on arrival. No folder structure, no data entry, no template per manufacturer.
Needs you
Anything read with low confidence, or in a unit that could be two things, waits in your review queue instead of entering the ledger. “We could not read this” is always an available answer.

How a document travels

Verify

Checks every value against the rules

Checks every extracted value against the requirements resolved for that product and against your own specification, stricter limit applied, each line carrying its citation.

Automatic
Resolution and the comparison. Where two authorities bound the same analyte, the stricter limit is applied and the other is recorded, not discarded.
Needs you
Rows where no public authoritative number exists are shown as advisory and can never be reported as a failure. Verify checks the values, the specification leg, and the label leg: a label version's artwork against the required elements for its market, with an element it could not read held for a person rather than passed.

The requirements library, with its citations

Keep

Holds the record and hands it back

Holds every document traceable back to the original bytes, answers questions from the file with citations, and hands the whole thing back whenever you ask.

Automatic
Filing, indexing, and the append-only history. Every change is written; nothing is overwritten and nothing is hard-deleted.
Needs you
Nothing. Keep does not decide anything. It is the record the deciding is done against, which is why it is append-only.

Collect

Asks your partners for what is still owed

Turns every document a partner still owes you into a request that is already written: a no-login upload link and a message you can paste straight into your own thread.

Automatic
Drafting the request, minting the upload link, and filing whatever arrives. The manufacturer never makes an account and never sets a password.
Needs you
Sending is yours. Follow-ups on day 5 and 12 exist, but they are off until you turn them on, per manufacturer or per request. Most brands would rather run their own factory relationships.

Audit

Says what is ready and what is not

The full-stack readiness picture on demand: what is present, what is stale, what is missing, what is unreconciled, and what fixing it costs. This is the free check.

Automatic
The whole check, in about a minute, for a stranger who has not told us their name.
Needs you
You decide what to do with it. It names what a reviewer would find; it never calls a product a pass or a fail on anyone’s behalf.

Get in touch

Assemble

Builds the pack a reviewer asks for

Builds the outbound pack a reviewer accepts, from templates, complete, ordered the way the recipient expects, and pre-flighted before it goes.

Automatic
Staging, ordering and the pre-flight. A pack missing a document the recipient requires is refused before it is generated, with the reason.
Needs you
The signature is always a named person at your company. Nothing leaves without it. The three templates are there, and so is a fourth way to build one: a buyer’s own layout, learned from what they send you, checked once by somebody here, and reused every time.

Expansion

Expand to any market without the price moving

We count products, never markets. The same product sold into one country or twenty is one product, opening a market carries no add-on and no fee, and exploring what a market would require is free on every plan, the free product included.

What you are checked against

Every requirement carries the authority that set it and the citation to read it

A requirement is not a checklist item somebody typed. It is a record: the condition under which it applies to a product like yours, what would satisfy it, what happens if it is not met, and a verbatim sentence from the issuer's own page, stored with a hash of the page it came from.

Resolved for your product, not for a category

What applies is worked out from your product's own facts: what it is, what is in it, what it claims, where it is made and where you sell it. Two supplements in the same aisle can face different requirements, and they do.

Readable before you believe it

The same tables the checks run against are published, with every citation, and you can read them without an account. An answer you cannot trace is an answer you should not act on.

Growing by addition, not by rebuild

Rules are data. A market or a category that opens is a set of records added to the library under the same anchoring, the same quote and the same gates as everything already in it, which is why nothing is claimed here before it is mapped.

Read the tables themselves, with their citations, in the requirements library.

Where it starts

Free

1 product, forever

Free, forever

Your first product, free

Not a trial and not a sample: the whole product on one catalog item, in as many markets as you like, with every agent, every document and full export. It never expires.

No card, no account, and no call to book. Tell us what you make and where you sell it, and we will come back to you.

The questions people ask

Is the free product a trial?
No. Your first product gets the full product, forever: every market, every agent, every document, the chase, the packs and full export. It never expires and needs no card. The one limit is a weekly cap on assistant messages, which the app states plainly. The trial is a separate, later choice: 14 days of full access with no product cap, for when you want the whole catalog covered at once.
We sell into several markets. What does adding one cost?
Nothing. We count products, never markets: the same product sold into one country or twenty is one product, at one price. Opening a new market is part of the subscription, with no add-on and no opening fee, and exploring what a market would require is free on every plan, including the free product.
What happens when a marketplace or retailer asks for documents?
You generate the organised set they ask for from what is already on file, in one click, and you see what is missing before they do. Every requirement carries the authority and the citation it came from, so the answer you hand over can be followed back to its source.
We do not run the factory. How does the paperwork reach you?
Your manufacturer gets a no-login upload link and a written request for exactly what is owed. What comes back is read, classified and filed against the right product, and the follow-up runs on your schedule, in your own words, until it arrives.
Will you tell us we are fine?
We will tell you what was checked, what it was checked against, and what a reviewer would flag, with the rule each line came from. Nobody can hand down more than that from documents, and we do not pretend to. Your team makes the calls; the department does the remembering, the checking and the chasing.

Keep every listing standing.

Your own catalog scored, market by market, with the rule behind every line. Get in touch and we will take you through it on the range you actually sell.

No card, no account, and no call to book. Tell us what you make and where you sell it, and we will come back to you.
